• Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and other options as mentioned at checkout.

4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery charges are as follows: ৳70 within Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka.

• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days, depending on the location.

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification of the issue.

• Used or tampered items are not eligible for return.
